We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. You will be notified promptly if this occurs.

Our returns and refund process is outlined in full in our Refund Policy. Personalised and custom-made items, as well as earrings, are non-returnable for hygiene and customisation reasons.
